I have not been able to find anything on the internet about this one. It is labeled "1/2 VIXEN PAT APLD FOR". The vixen name was associated with Bonney tools, but it does not look like the alligator wrenches usually associated with them. What is left of the finish looks like cadmium. Any thoughts? Thanks

It's probably a fan wrench. Getting the four bolts off the fan pulley on older engines was often like rubbing your knuckles against a cheese grater in this case the cheese grater was the radiator and these wrenches keep your fingers outside of the shredding zone.
