Vlchek ratcheting DBE?

Found this today for $2. Didn't know Vlchek made ratcheting box wrenches. Must be later production (60's or later). A check of the patent # should yield a clue.

P.S. Hmm. Patent was granted in 1950 to A&E manufacturing. Says they made them for many brands, as well as their own Langline brand. Does look very similar to others that I've seen.

Just came across a Corny of this style in my tools and it's got the same patent number. So, on-line statement is verified.

I have a Blackhawk 5/8 - 3/4 from about 1970 with the same patent. I was working for New Britain at the time and I know they did not make them.
