Voltage-Time Logger

I am looking for a data logger to collect voltage from a battery and the time it was collected. It would be stored as a csv file so it could be put in Excel. It would be connected to an automotive type battery maybe in a car, or being charged by an alternator or solar panel.

Are there any relatively inexpensive options?

Cancel makes one for like $30. You connect it to your battery and then download the logged data onto their app via Bluetooth. Don’t know if you can export the data though. Another alternative would be a Pokit multimeter. They are pretty cheap and data log

If you’re doing solar I assume you need a charger then in between. Victron chargers have data logging via a blue tooth app
