Time for an update!!
The floor is sealed with clear concrete sealer...I used a very fine nap roller and took our time...one coat on a Saturday and another the next day....then stay off it for 2 days then you are good to go!! The walls are insulated and we will be starting the finish materials soon....The wall from the concrete knee wall sill up 10' feet will be galvanized sheets of metal.....then the 3 feet above that up to the ceiling will be tongue and groove pine....we will post pics soon!!!
