Vtg Proto box?

Now, this is in an upcoming estate sale and I'm wondering if this is a hand painted job or did Proto actually put this out? any ideas?

I have a proto box with them pulls or they look the same from a distance. It's from the era with the oval ish logo proto professional tools.

It's odd enough that I would certainly use it in my shop. If you can get it for the right price, clean it and put it to work!

I have a waterloo box that is almost identical. They made them for proto. They are really well made boxes.

I guess now that I think about that my Loo is just like that too....Most Protos you see have the square pulls like MAC/MATCO though.
