Vulcan rolling top and bottom Chests

Ran across this set ever the weekend, Plan to restore, Cleaned them up some over the weekend. My question, Got the great majority of old dirt and oil out of the drawers, but want to know what is the best product to finish cleaning up oil/grease that's left. Want something that won't leave a residue so can paint. The only rust is just thin surface patina, nothing major or deep,Can deal with that no prob. Got all the drawers freed already.

Nice! I wonder who made them? I buy every Vulcan tool I find (so far total of ~ 5).

How far are you going to take your restoration? Full repaint?

BTW I believe those boxes were made by MBC.

Pull drawers, clean, full repaint , inside and out, retired so can take my time
