They will work on any injector (non-threaded type) with M14x1.5 line threads so I suppose that would apply to other diesels as well but I don't know of any off hand.

On my Cummins I just use a lug nut and prybar. Haven't had the injectors out of the wifes TDI yet, but your tool would appear to make it a snap.
Nice work.

The only flaw I see with that tool is that it could have been made to fit 2 different types of treads. Instead of an acorn nut at the top, why not have another fitting to fit a different type of injector. Just saying.

That's a really good idea. I just don't know any other injectors besides the TDI.

The rod is threaded 3/8" 24 (about 5/16" deep) on the acorn end so I guess one could just make his own adapter. Even the PD TDI injectors are non-threaded but there are no line threads to attach the tool too.

I take it your truck is a 12 valve On the 24v I just use one of the short intake horn bolts and a pair of pliers.

On my Cummins I just use a lug nut and prybar. Haven't had the injectors out of the wifes TDI yet, but your tool would appear to make it a snap.
Nice work.

The little puller is handy too. One of those "5 mins with junk laying around the bench and a welder and the job is so much easier" tools :)
