Anyone know some good builders? I'm looking to get quotes on steel vs. wood garage options. 20x20 or bigger.

I also want to know if I should pour concrete now for my whole driveway or wait until I have plans for garage location to do foundation, etc. hoping to start construction end of this summer (August).

Pour concrete driveway last. The various trucks delivering materials will destroy the driveway if you put it in first. ALlow the trucks to drive over and compact the base rock during construction.

Driveway last for the reason Highbeam mentioned. In our area I sell steel and I have found that wood is cheaper up to 1000 square feet and then steel starts to get cheaper. Also depends on the interior finish. Sometimes we wil install girts at 2' on center and then you can install wall covering without framing interior walls.
