Wabeco Vise?

I just came across this vise for sale I never heard of this name before, and doing some research about it hasn't got me far on this particular vise, but some info of the history of this old company. Any info would be much appreciated, this one looks quite stout and for the price of 50$cad I am wondering if this is worth aquiring thanks!

A little off the Wabeco vise; I just posted in free parking a vise restoration and that man did an amazing job in case anyone was interested in watching it tonight.
