I have a wacker 2.5 generator that is a great Generator. It stopped producing power. I jumped it (12v) as recommended & even tried the drill method to re-energize.
a new capacitor was installed also before the re-excite/ re-energizing attempts were made.
I get 1 volt only.
I need a repair manual for this generator. Its a brushless unit. I can't locate the voltage regulator .
If anyone can post any info on these wacker generators would be great.
I have repaired over 15 generators in the past 2 years & never have been so lost.... Maybe it's age....
