HTP has special black Friday prices on some of there welders. I believe the special is good to December 15th. I received an email from them last week.

Depends on how bad I wanted it. Not every model I might consider would be on sale.
Depends if you can hold out for another couple of weeks. If you've been waiting a few months to buy one, a few more weeks won't hurt, will it ?
Think about taxes too.. If you buy online from Bakers Gas or cyberweld you can avoid taxes and get free shipping, which will save you a decent chunk of change... add that to the $200 miller rebate right now and you can have a millermatic 211 for right around 1k shipped to your house.... Taxes where I live would add almost another $200 for a 211 from my LWS....
