The much awaited garage has been permitted! The current stage is waiting for Dig Safe to give the go ahead for excavation. I will be firing off lots of questions!
The garage we be smallish (14x24) due to my lot size, but as my user name indicates I don't need too much space. So any advice right of the bat on making the most of a tight space is appreciated. I am planning on a small race car shop.
