Preface, I know this is not the top of the line tools normally posted here, but it was so cheap I had to let people know.

About 300 pieces, just over $30. Pictures to follow. All set out on a table at minimum 60% off of previous clearance pricing. Norwalk, CT.

Definitely YMMV but I hope it sparks someone's interest. Putting on flame suit now. [emoji15]

Hahaha, sorry LG G3 camera. Newer the phone, the more megapixels. Guess tapatalk doesn't convert them.

Alot of those sets look alot like the deals last year from PepBoys on various China sets. Also similar to some Menard's ToolShop sets. Same China supplier sells them for various resellers and brands. Not bad at all for the money. These were like $2 or $3 a set last year from PepBoys on clearance then. - Paul

I think the skil pliers are decent the rest of the stuff is kind of the standard china dumpbin stuff (wouldn't touch the adjustable skil wrench for anything but emergencies though). I'm not knocking your purchase at all, nick subsists on a lot of dumpbin chinese tools and it's not a bad way to build up sets of stuff you can use that might or might not be durable.

Just don't know if your clearance was clearance enough. But home depot's clearance this year has been completely bunk so you can't pick up hdx sets for 50 cents so... I use them though, just make sure you use them otherwise no point in buying them.

thanks bud, as the receipt portrays, yes a couple bucks... Got my flame suit, just wanted to help someone out. Just lost my job after six years and my fiance left, so these are the tools I buy in this stage of my life.

I hear that, the only reason I bought was the .10 cent per piece barrier for bits and halfway decent tools, be nice. Thank you for the input! It does mean a lot!

Frankly, I'd rather have the $30.00.
Haha, saw that coming. It'll work for me, needed something till I build up better tools. Have free time to do some over due projects and not a lot of cash flow. Cheers though!

Props for being willing to face the fire trying to help out folks whose resources may be limited. Hope your situation improves soon.

No no, I meant as any most GJ'ers would have that stuff already, and it'd probably NOT be some Walmart clearance.

The implication was not that GJ'ers don't have beach houses or vacation rentals, but that they likely don't need Wal-Mart clearance ractcheting screwdrivers.
