Hey guys. I picked this up at a flea market today because it looked really cool. But I'm not sure what it's used for. Any ideas?

What I find is the clues that make it so much fun when I find old vintage tools.
In this case the clue is the shape like an upside down u shape (the part that goes around the valve stem, much like the following modern tool.

Have to say it certainly does have a cool look Tool Master. I've seen them by probably every brand but don't recall that WW with the wood handle.

That's super cool, looks just like a Walden screwdriver is stuck in there for the handle.
