I have a Walden Worcester socket or extension. I'm not sure what it is. The number on it is R1126. Anyone know what it is?

No it's like a socket

Probably pretty old (pre 1/4; 3/8; 1/2 stds) and went with a ratchet with a square hole where the drive would be and used some spring clip to keep it from falling out.
