I have a dim memory of a thick line with a lump on the end to keep it in the trimmer head. Google and Amazon are just showing up with junk and wheel adapters for a regular string trimmer. Am I crazy and it never existed?

The ones I used took thick line. Been a while, but I remember cutting a handful off the spool using the mark on the bench and tucking them in a pocket before I went around the pasture fence. When one broke, it pulled out from the center and a new one was looped in.
