Gotta curb my tool spending, the projects are piling up! Another Walker 1-1/2 Ton 93632 Series G jack came into my possession, and it is many times better than the other Walker 1-1/2 Ton that I have - it needs nothing! Power unit looks unmolested, original factory pant, the tank nut looks mint. No pitting on the ram, no leaks, holds a load, the swiveling casters haven't lost any bearings and swivel fine AND are the short stem versions for cheap easy replacement! Also got the original owner's manual, which I will scan.

The damage? $50.

Wow, awesome find. Do Walker still make jacks? I've seen old ones at shops and friends house's. I have a 10 year old Hein-Werner I'm happy with. It costed $200 for the jack and $300 to ship to Hawaii though the vendor knocked 50% off shipping.

Hey Steve, I found a pretty good source for these kits, turns out he has a bunch of Lincoln kits that'd fit this generation. Plus, also the brass vent caps. Will be ordering two of each, should've found that listing before I ordered the Lazzar kit as it is a complete kit, but oh well.

This is great thread Burgerkong. Thanks for linking to it on the thread I started re: the pair of Walkers I just picked up. I've been trying to gather all the info I can before I dig into either of these jacks and some of the info here, the manual scans and the labels is extremely helpful.

You and Hiball did manage to lose me a bit on the vee spreader / vee packing stuff but I suspect it will make more sense when I get around to pulling mine apart.

I don't suppose you ever redid the top 'Walker 93632' label?

Mine's completely gone and have been in search of a remake or scan of it. Even just a good image with all the text legible so I can go about recreating it myself would be really helpful, but I'm not finding a clear enough image of it anywhere (yet).

Also I would be interested in seeing how the printed 'embossable aluminum foil labels' turned out. Was that some place local to you that did the printing or someplace online?

If you still have this jack I'd love to see how she looks today.
