First off .....Hi Everyone, this is my first post so hello to the community.
I have a 35 plus year old Walker Floor Jack, which was first
I ever owned, now I have a few other used ones that I was given, and I was able to repair.
Back in the day I use to eat my heart out, wishing to have a floor jack of my own. My Walker was bought for me as a gift by my former girlfriend from years ago.
Anyway, I just would like to know if anyone knows why the jack seeps down while under load, I would rather not pull it all apart unless absolutely
necessary.
This jack has never been apart, so I would like direction on where is most likely the problem, the jack still has steel cover slugs over the check ball ports, so if need be I will remove them, but not unless necessary.
Any information would be appreciated.
The jack does not leak externally.
Thank You
