Found a nice walker 884 and in the process of breaking it down..all looks good except the pumping handle I'm sure in its long life some guy hopped on it to lift a to heavy load and the handle was damaged and was patched together to fix it.any body have a good replacement handle (I know that's a **** shoot) and it's missing the 2 special rounded handle bolts..any help would be greatly appreciated..... Thanks

There are folks....folk.....on here that are the old jack experts that might chime in. Is the original handle broken Andy rewelded or just bent? Photos would help. I was just in Detroit for the Detroit Autorama. Great show. Stayed at the Crown Plaza. Oh.....welcome to The Garage Journal.....from Ohio!

I looked for three years for a Walker floor jack in the St Louis area before I found a jack to purchase (3 hours drive away). I never ran across anyone selling parts, or parting one out. I would suggest finding a welding shop to to to a proper repair. If you were local I would offer to weld it up for you. I have average welding skills, and I think I could clean that up much better than it is. I think cracking near the attach points is pretty common on those old jacks. The 4 ton that I finally brought home has a good handle, but it is heavy. I can understand why a lot of those handles are cracked.
