I just rebuilt a walker 93642 floor jack. I have rebuilt 2 in the recent past however after filling with fluid and pumping the jack, the jack will not raise at all. I appreciate any ideas, thanks

try raising saddle as you pump. Also double check the fluid level after lifting saddle. This will help get fluid flowing if air in pump piston.
If no luck there, check for debris in the ball valve... the close valve from handle.

I filled reservoir until fluid is just over the ram cyclinder, when lifting the jack platform I could not see the fluid level change at all. I would assume it would fill the RAm cylinder a decrease fluid amount there. I did not see any debris in the suggested port. Do you think I am using enough fluid? thanks for the help

You may not have enough in there. But if you overfill it it will just flow out the fill port when ram retracts. At that point you might **** a little bit more out to account for some expansion or bubbles.

But perhaps the valve is not completely seating the ball closed. Something missing? Maybe the wrong part/washer configuration on the valve?
Also did you adjust the pump plungers to fit properly into the holes? How much you tighten the little nut to compress that seal matters.
Same for the ram seals. Sometimes both of these type of seals need a couple adjustments to get the right "feel" to be tight enough yet avoid damage when installing them.

This jack only has One plunger? I think so from what I see in diags. Meaning it is not a rapid lift.
Having not done the rebuild I really can not help much more. If you end up tearing it down again, post pics.

There is only one way to put the ram seal on, I feel confident about the way the leather washers were installed on the valve and I tightened the nut enough to make it difficult to move the valve in and out of the cylinder,

A complete dead stick would have me putting eyes on the lower ball placement.
