Picked up this floor jack today and the label is very hard to read. Maybe some here might have a similar jack and can fill in the blanks.

I know there are several models that look very similar to this one but I can't pin down the exact model.

Thanks,

KZ

looks like you have one of these; likely the 2 ton roll-a-car. Nice jack!

That was easy.

Notlob, I think your assessment is dead on. I guess we can close this thread..

Thanks!

Check out the Model A Ford garage and you can see one that I restored yours is probably a model B grayhound roll a car. The cover is missing unless you have it out of the picture Bobby

That could be the jack I have in my garage--right down to the missing cover/trim piece.

Mine has a broken link mechanism. It was busted when I bought it. Had it repaired/fabricated at a jack repair shop, then broke again about ten years later. It's the linkage that turns the valve on the cylinder.

Schurkey, nice nameplate, I do not have the cover plate......wish I did...seems many of these old jacks lost the cover plate somewhere during their life.

Bolens, Model B...got it, thanks. I'll look up the Ford site when I get a chance.
