Walker jack stands pinch weld adapter

So i have a set of walker jack stands and i`m looking for a pinch weld adapter set for them.
The stuff i see online so far looks like its just for smaller jacks.
Anybody got any ideas?
the width of the cradle is 1 1/2 inches.

In for info....I have the same stands as backups, but jack (with an adapter) on the pinch and support else where with the stands. I really like their flat nature.

Thinking about welding some up to practice my poor stick welding skills. Have the same issue with my new Hein Werners after the HF recall.

Here's a pic of a mercedes adapter I made for the HF stands previously (don't make fun of the ugly welds). Unfortunately they don't sit flush on the Hein Werners since the stand is much wider. Thinking some c channel with a tab welded on the top would be ideal.
