Walker Model 867 series A “Lift a Car”

Just restored my dads old Walker 867 Series A. Glass bead blasted, powder coated, hydraulics re-sealed, etc etc. My question is: Is there a decal that goes on top of the face of the unit? The parts list indicates that there is one but I have not found a picture of it anywhere. I assume it says “Walker ?”

Not many pics of that one restored. Mine no longer has any visible decals at all.

This thread isn't the right vintage but the decal might be similar. Maybe a jumping off point, anyway.
