Walker pump jack?

Anyone have any info on this old jack?

Its got a pretty bad leak
I’d like to maybe rebuild it or find a replacement pump

The tag is half missing so I can’t make out the full number...

It’s a great Jack nice long reach

Appreciate any info

I’ll do a Google search when I get a chance but I figured I would ask the experts first.
