As mentioned in the Walker Turner thread, recently picked up a dual station table and two more drill presses and need more table space instead of having (4) DPs in my shop. So selling one of the WTs for local pickup only. It's a table mount model and since I'm keeping the dual table I have bolted it on to a chunk of baseplate from a miscellaneous machine (so not an OEM drill base) That way someone could just use it like a bench model, or take apart and bolt to their own fixture, or use this to complete some other project DP. This does have the belt guard which many of these old DPs have missing. The Baldor 3/4 hp motor is 3 phase currently wired for 240V. The motor is from the 1960s or maybe early 70s. This thing runs and drills fine but there is a chunk missing out of the swivel rack base casting. See pics but it still rotates the head fine and when the head is locked down it's solid. Included is the USA Jacobs Super Chuck 14N and adapter for MT2 spindle.
Price: $75 or you can save $15 and get it for $60 if you don't want the L15-30P (250V, 3-phase, 30 amp) plug. The plug is brand new and what I use with my rotary phase converter setups. We can run it when getting picked up and can even give you a used 480V 3-phase plug as a freebie if you want to leave the L15-30P one. Or maybe you are going to use with a VFD and who cares about plugs.
Really just want this to go to some GJ admirer of old still functional USA goodness not some Eprey parts flipper scum. Yeah I said it, got no respect for those low balling selfish folks. So if you buy this thing to run as is, recondition, or to use for parts, just hope its to complete your own dream project and you post some pics for us to drool over later.
