Walker Turner Foot Feed – Need Some Help

I recently sold a foot feed for a Walker Turner 14” drill press. Somehow a small bag of hardware did not make it to the buyer. Not sure what happened but I’m trying to make this right. The critical pieces are the top and bottom swivels – part numbers 216-19 and 216-21.

I’m still turning the shop upside down but assuming I don’t find the hardware I’m thinking about my options

The best case scenario is that someone has these and would be willing to part with them – I realize that is a long shot.

Second best case is that someone has or can point me to a WT part drawing that I could use to remake them – seems the critical dimension is the hole location for the ½” rod

Finally 3rd best option is that someone has one of these foot feeds and would be willing to either provide a sketch of each part or let me borrow the parts so I could sketch them.

Appreciate any help you can offer

Thanks

While these are not the original, I think they are functionally similar to what you are looking to replace.

or a studded heim joint

Depends a bit on how willing they are to accept a substitute. Not seeing those exact ends in searches right now.

I hope you can get the issue solved. This is the reason that I take pictures of things leaving my possession if possible. It also provides a date reference.

Thanks for the links Rustyman. These are not a complicated part and I cold probably make them if I had some dimensions. I know the hole and thread sizes - just not sure of the overall barrel size and hole location that the long 1/2" rod goes through.

Yeah, the dimensions make it tough. You could probably approximate and get it functional.

We had one of those at my old job, but most of the foot feed was long gone. Just the guide bracket on the column and a couple other bits were left.

I forget if that control rod is straight or bent? Does it look like the two pivot ends would be the same height from the levers or are they different? Maybe whip up a few for the buyer that cover a couple lengths?

Hopefully someone here still has a complete setup to refer to. I bet someone does.

The rod is straight. Even though they look alike the fact that they are two separate part numbers tells me there is something a little bit different and I'm guessing it is how far the rod is held away from their respective mounting points to keep the rd straight in and out.

OK - I'm putting this request on hold (unless someone has parts to sell) - I found a guy who can give me dimensions so I can make them.
