There are no bends.

To cut the sq. tubing, I used a Haberle cold saw.

For the sheet metal, I have saw, but it's not very good, and it's time consuming, and the people I bought the sheet metal from don't charge that much more to cut everything the way I want it.

I've considered it; but right now, I've got too much else do running regular business I also believe in overkill on everything, so these would be pretty expensive if I wanted to make a nice profit.

How tall is it & how wide are the sides?

I don't recall exactly. I think 52" tall and about 2-1/2 or 2-3/4' wide.
