Wall control hooks

So I am putting up wall control metal pegboard panels above my workbench. Panels are up and I am trying to figure out what hooks to buy. I was looking at these medium hooks to hold disks and things but they do not provide much for dimensions. I called and wall control and the guy who answered was not even sure or willing to get one and measure it. Hmmm

So I come to you, for those who have their system and their hooks. Below is a picture of a medium hook. The lettered dimensions are what I am trying to find. Thanks all.
