Wall mounted remote controlled fan

I’m looking for a wall mounted fan that can be tipped upward to create air flow in the winter (to move heat around) and downward in the summer. Bonus if it can be plugged in and remotely controlled. Amazon has a lot of possibilities but surely someone here has done the same thing.

With the various cord reels, hose reels, and other various ceiling storage, I don’t have room for a ceiling fan.

I really like the 30" Schaefer in the middle of the back wall here. It doesn't have a remote control, but it does have a pull chain. I have mine plugged into a switched outlet, and I just leave it on low speed.

The one in the corner is a Dayton. IIRC, it's a 24" unit. That one moves air well, too, but being a smaller 2-blade unit, it's noisier than the 30" Schaefer.

Just on and off. I can manually tip it up and down.

Thanks for the link and the pics (really nice looking shop and cars!). I'm thinking something close to that size. I have a wheel around floor fan but want something to mount on the wall. I'll tip it up to move air around in the winter and then tip down to blow on me when working.

I'm looking to install some wall mounted fans too. I'm leaning towards the 3-speed, 18" style fans from the big box stores but I'm looking to get a little fancy with the brackets. I'd like a mount/bracket which will mount to the wall, next to the overhead doors. I'd like to be able to swing the fan into the open overhead doorway for maximum air flow, then when I have to bring in a big truck, swing the fan out of the way. Hopefully I'm explaining this right. I'll probably end up making my own.

These are floor and wall mount.. Just use a remote control outlet like wood works use.

That's what I have on my garage door openers for added security. I live hard in the city with a alley in back. It's full of crime. Easy to use and good distance too.

I’d buy a 24 or 30” wall mount like the OEM Tools one. It has a plastic pull chain but you can replace it with metal. I have some of the oscillating 24” model. Cheap residential fans don’t move enough air. Use an outlet adapter for the plug to get a remote if you need one.

I went to a county auction of used stuff and got (3) 30" heavy-duty fans with wall-mount brackets, electrical cords, and heavy plugs. I think they came out of a school because they reminded me of what we had in the cafeteria at my old school. Paid $2 each. For remote control, I used some ancient BSR X-10 controllers that I had in a box. You plug the X10 into a wall outlet and the fan cord into that. I have a little X10 control box on the wall over my workbench so I can turn all or some on at will. I don't swivel them in Winter but the brackets will allow that. If I were hooking up today, I might use an Alexa-type controller and use voice commands.
