Wall mounted work lights?

Hey guys,

Wondering if anyone can point me to a wall mounted work light solution for my garage. I have 3 2'x2' windows in my garage with about 1' of wall space between each one and an 8' shop table below the windows that I want illuminated. I was going to put 3 can lights in the ceiling but my garage door would block most of the light when open and the track may cast a weird shadow when the door is closed. So I am thinking of putting a couple of lights on each of the 1' wall sections between the windows I have if I can find something that is bright enough, able to be mounted on the wall like that and looks halfway decent. Ant help would be appreciated!

I attached a picture of the wall and windows, no table in the picture but I'm sure it can be imagined.

Jack Olsen posted a light solution he came up with for just that problem. http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=62202&highlight=light Another would be to have some L brackets mounted to the wall to hang an 8' fixture below the door.

In case anyone is interested, I solved this problem. I purchased 2 pendant lights with solid downrods from Lowes for $35 each and a conduit bender as well. The rods bent nicely into 90 degree angles, and I protected the finish with just some scraps of cardboard between the rods and bender. I really liked some of the RLM lighting that I found on the internet but the prices were out of this world! I think my solution achieves the same look at 1/4 the cost, including the cost of the bender!
