Hey guys,
I'm pretty new to the forum...signed up a while back but didn't have a chance to really go through this forum until recently (when I decided to order my NewAge Pro series garage cabinetry).
I was wondering how I would mount my base cabinets and locker cabinets on the wall? The problem is that my garage has a steep grade and with the adjustable legs newage gave, I'm unable to level the entire set properly. I also have a low ceiling so I'm very restricted in vertical space. It's only a 6 piece set (2 lockers, 2 base tool drawers, one open spot, and 3 uppers), but one end of the set has to be lower (and it can't go lower with the legs; while the other is already at it's maximum height. I also have a concrete sidewall (from the foundation) that is from 11" to 16" (from one end of the set to the other).
I was thinking of drilling some holes in the middle of the lockers and near the bottom, and bolting them to a stud. And for the tool cabinets, make holes at the bottom and the middle.
I was wondering if it would still be able to support at least 800lbs for each locker and tool drawer (the locker & tool drawers are rated for 1000lbs each)?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
