Wall scanner for studs elec etc.

I am in the market for a wall scanner. Want to be able to find studs, elec wires, pipes etc. Looking for a middle of the road grade. No really to familiar with these types of units so any advice in helping me make a wise purchase would be helpful. Also if the unit was able to be used on concrete that would be a big bonus.
