Wall Solution Help...

I'm pretty sure I found this garage here but with my finishing of my garage walls, I need to start hunting for wall solutions.

What are those rails on the walls? I can't find them anywhere. Any help would be great. If you have other suggestions, I'm all ears. Thanks guys.

I picked mine up at Lowes. They seem to be fairly strong and lots of options for hanging items like ladders, shovels, baskets, etc...
They come in 4' lengths.
I can not remember the cost of them though.
