wall unit question

Has anybody had any experience with the wall/window type units that heat and cool? Where I work has on in a office in the warehouse and it seems to work well but nt sure it could heat and cool, to a reasonable level, a 650 sq.ft. garage.

Thoughts?

The short story is the are cheap and easy to install, they work, but they eat juice.
If all you care about is heat, then gas or oil will most likly be cheaper. But if you want AC too, then a combo unit like this may save you money in the end since if you are in a hot part of the country, you won't be doing that much heating.
