Walmart has some Honeywell ceiling fans on clearance. I've bought 3 from 3 different stores. So far, the Walmart app has been spot on for inventory. (I just search for "Ceiling fan" and browsed local stores.) One was on the shelf with the other fans, the other two were in special clearance areas around the lighting area (not the main "clearance" aisle) and none had the correct clearance price on them.

I paid $17-$19 for these.

Mostly Honeywell, but there was a plain white one for $9, which I think might have been a Mainstays brand.

They all use candelabra bulbs. The Blaise only has 2 bulbs and an antique looking globe so it was kind of dim, even with 60w LEDs. I ended up replacing it with the Valiant and used the Blaise globe on the Eastover as it comes with a plain white one.

I also added a washer under one side of the Eastover blades to give it close to a 14-degree blade pitch. Stock it was average, but now it puts out some decent air and still runs without any vibration or wobble. The Valiant has a hum on high, but I haven't messed with it to see if it's the motor or mount. It's quiet on the 2 lower speeds, which is all I use in my office.

EPA: Ceiling fans waste energy! Ceiling fans are designed to cool a room, not as a primary light source = many fans manufactured with cheap candelabra bulbs and wimpy lighting circuits to comply with regulations and keep initial cost down. :eek7:

The brightest LED candelabra bulbs do help some.

You need to use the Walmart app or brickseek.com to find the stores that have them at clearance prices.
