Thanks ****.

Yeah I know how good Dawn is but had never considered it for a laundry pretreat - good tip.

As for Pro-X laundry stain remover, I didn't intend to buy it but I may as well try it. I think I'll take a couple before & after pictures of the stains I try it n but even if it gets the. Out I don't know much about laundry so I don't know if that will mean it's any better or worse than other products out there. But as long as it works reasonably well it won't be a waste of money. I think my girlfriend has Shout stain treatment by the washer.

Wife used SHOUT for a while until wife of racer friend told her about Dawn. Wife says Dawn is much more effective. I thought for a while and realized how much grease and grim a dish detergent has to cut on dishes, pots, pans, etc. My transmission shop has regular hand soap, the Orange hand cleaner, and Dawn by their sink for cleaning up. Probably should start a different thread just for Dawn!

Where do you find the time to work in your garage?

OP ... will this stuff work on bathroom tile grout too?

The 15 minutes I spend helping clean the kitchen really takes away from garage time! I don't watch TV so I probably have several hours MORE time in the garage compared to most guys so...

I guess my experience shows a little routine maintenance goes a long ways. I would rather spend a few minutes here and there than spend hours on my knees scrubbing floors.

Bathrooms can be a completely different ball game. Shampoos/soaps left on grouts/tile in the shower can be a real pain to get off. Bar soap is one of the worst things for showers with tile/grout. Avoid the cleaners like Tilex, scrubbing bubbles, etc. If you do use them make sure to rinse really well afterwards.

Bathroom floors have a number of issues, if you have hair spray users that build up is an absolute nightmare to get off. If you have kids that have poor aim, urine is not fun getting out of grout either.

Just to follow up on this thread:

I finished cleaning the tire kitchen floor. Our kitchen is a galley style so not large but the area between the stove and sink was the worst for stains. The Pro-X cleaned it fast and easy.

Now here's the news: The Pro-X Laundry Stain treatment I accidentally ordered? I'm pretty sure it's the exact same product as their grout cleaner!

Since I had the laundry stuff in a 32oz. size I decided to re-use the grout cleaner spray bottle. Before I marked "Laundry" on the bottle I went outside and when I came back in I grabbed the wrong full bottle. It works exactly the same as the grout cleaner as far as I can tell!

I wish I had as good of luck as you did! I found that it cleaned but it did not transform like yours! I am going to try a few of the cleaners previously recommended here. More to come!

Hello. What is the best way of cleaning grout on floor tiles? Is it possible to do?

Can you re-grout floor tiles?
This whole thread was about "the best way of cleaning grout on floor tiles...". GO back to the beginning and read. Lots of suggestions. I posted this thread about 7-8 years ago. No longer live at this house. I assume(?) Amazon still sells the stuff I posted about.
