WANTED: 10x11mm DBE offset wrench (USA ONLY)

I have an unmarked USA made DBE offset metric set that is missing the 10x11mm. It appears to be a PROTO set but not 100% sure. Looking for a USA made one to fill the gap. Please let me know what you have, a price shipped to 12553 NY, and send a photo if you can. Thanks.
