I got mine off craigs list and have seen several more since. OTC is the brand I got and I am very happy with it.

Mac and Matco carry them. Dont think they are going to be USA. But they work well.

This is the one I picked up for $400. Plus it came with a set of brackets to mount the engine. Stole this one in my view.

You've probably already sourced an engine stand, but if not, google the term "SUN8300GA" to see the Sunnex Tool geared-head engine stand. Not manufactured in the USA, but good quality none the less. I bought one and it effortlessly spins a fully dressed big block chevy engine with a gentle turn of the handle. Nice! Good luck.
