Interested in Gray tools with the maple leaf mark. Top of the want list is a 3/8 impact driver. The new tool is part no. IMD208K, I'm not sure how long they've manufactured one, but good vintage condition is preferred. Also, flare nut wrenches, crowfoot wrenches, and specialty automotive tools. Any help/info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have two Gray wrenches available. They don't have the maple leaf but they are stamped Canada. PM me and let me know if you're interested in these.

this would be Grays "maple leaf" line. some of the crappiest tools they put out. low quality steel, poorly machined with a satin finish. for the "home owner" and sold at canadian tire. the maple leaf is really cool, and has made these extremely collectible. swap meets come summer time. youll find em everywhere

Not exactly what I wanted to hear, but thanks anyways. Here's some more information; I have a set of combination wrenches ranging from 3/8" - 1 1/4" So I don't need those. They were my grandfather's, who I never knew, that ran a sand and gravel company in the 40's-60's. I was merely looking for some period correct items (listed above) to add to the collection.

lilredex is on the right track, but like I say I don't need any more combination wrenches. Thank's for the help so far Gentlemen.

The quality of the steel in these wrenches was definetly not low. The quality of the steel is as good as the full polish wrenches, just the finishing wasn't pretty much non existent, in other words there was very little grinding or polishing done to wrenches. I have a set of the "0" series, they work great and fit very snuggly on bolt heads. And in my opinion (I know most people think they are ugly) they are really neat looking. The only time I choose my Kobalts or SO's over them is when I need a longer wrench for leverage (the older grays are rather short) or when I need a skinnier box end to get in tight places.
