the lexus tool doesnt look like that. the lex one is a round 3/8 inch disk,that is bolted to the pully. then a additional handle is used to hold the lot,whilst you crack the bolt. ill get a pic tommorrow. what vehicle do you need it for? iirc there are 4 different size's.

The one that the OP posted a pic for does work on Lexus.

i am aware that there are a few versions of the tool, the one in the pic is the sp tools version.

most of the toy/lex engines i have worked on , did not have the crank nose sticking out of the pully. looking at the list, i can see what your saying though.
