I'm new to this site, but love it so far. I recently inherited an old Huot benchtop toolbox from the late 50's or early 60's that I am restoring. Yeah, I know that many say not to restore, but the family-friend that gave the toolbox to me had used a spray can years ago to change the color from the original blue & silver, to Snap On Red. I want to put it back to it's original color. So, the first question is, any idea how to get the original color mixed? I have the original manuals that list the color code, but I don't think a Huot color code will mean much to a paint supplier. Second question is - anyone know where I can get the matching rolling tool chest?
