I know this is an odd question for this group, but many on here have barns/garages with small liveable areas/kitchenettes. With that being said, I'm looking for a microwave that I could fit INSIDE an upper or lower kitchen cabinet BEHIND CABINET DOORS, for countertop space preservation. A countertop or over range unit is simply not an option.
We are working with a tiny area and the only place a micro can go is inside an upper or lower 30" cabinet. I don't mind paying a premium, i just cant find any such device. Doesn't need to heat a turkey, but a morning cup of cofee or lunch bowl would be nice.

Ideas?

Thanks!!!

I had this Panasonic microwave in my lower cabinets in my last house. It fit in a modified drawer base. Took a little getting used to compared to the wall mount unit I'd had before, but I sure liked not having a microwave using up counter space

So you don't want a built in unit? Just a counter top unit that's small? Those are available anywhere/ everywhere

Being behind cabinet doors is problematic: Microwaves need to be able to vent humidity. That said, you should have no trouble finding a smaller microwave that can be installed in place of a door or drawer.

Build something like this I built and hung below the upper cabinets. For extra ventilation I used a hole saw and drilled half a dozen 2 inch holes in the plywood bottom.
