Guys,
I think there's a scammer(s) working the forum's wanted ads. I won't name names because I'm not absolutely 100% sure. My advise is to be real careful!! Here's my experience. Draw your own conclusions.

Instance #1:
- I posted a GJ wanted ad for a widget.
- A GJ newbie with a 1 post history says he has one and sends me two images
- He appears to be very aggressive in soliciting an offer from me.
- In doing some research, his images are a precise match with a widget on Ebay which is listed in city X.
- I ask the guy where his widget is located and it's in a totally different city.
- I ask for different images and he sends me the same images all over again.
- I choose to ignore him.

Instance #2:
- A few weeks go by and a different GJ newbie with a 1 post history sends me a PM with an email address of someone he claims has the widget I'm looking for.
- I contact the person at that email address and he instantly sends me a couple images and almost begs for any offer which I provide.
- He says my offer is OK, but he does not take Paypal.
- His images look like something taken from the internet (maybe VM) but I can't be sure.
- Based on that, I choose to ignore him. I'm guessing it's the same member in #1 but with a different user name.

My Advice:
- Make sure you only deal with members with a meaningful history on GJ.
- If anyone seems to be real eager for offers beware.
- Ask lots of questions and request specific images.
- And most importantly, only use Paypal for good and services if it's not a local transaction.
