has anyone had to warranty their Harbor Freight 44 inch box? I just pulled one of the small drawers out and ball bearings went everywhere. do they just send you a new slide? Is there a phone number?

Is it within your 90 days of warranty? I would imagine you have to exchange the whole box.

The US General brand carries a 90 day warranty when the product is returned to a Harbor Freight Tool store with receipt/proof of purchase.

depending on when you bought it it might be. but just call up the number and get a new part shipped out to you. i have had that exact same thing happen on many boxes. always gives you the WTF look when it happens.

Worst case you could probably get some new ball bearings and put them in the slide.

haha I don't know about that, I gave some stuff away on free for free on Craigslist recently, it's easier just to haul it to the dump. people people are unbelievable, you give them something free and they think you'll drive 2 hours and drop it off to them, and act put out when you won't do that lol.

I use it in a semi-professional setting to maintain my woodworking equipment, I have a cabinet shop, so it's hard to justify a brand new snap on cabinet. I am looking at some of the Williams professional cabs that are the rebadged kras. I think that may be the next step
