Lining it with white 1/4" "puck board" using the 4' x 8' sheets of the stuff I purchased from a local rink manufacturer. The technical name for it is HPDE sheeting (high density polyethelyne). Really tough stuff but a little on the pricey side - around $40/sheet.

Google Structoglas .It's a frp made by CRANE. Used in car wash's ,Dairies,vet clinics,showers,etc. I've got it on the bottom 4' of the walls of my dog kennel.Got mine at Menards 4 or 5years ago for $25ish a 4x8 sheet. I think its still about the same $. 4 or5 colors,glossy pebble finish, nice stuff. Can be bought pre-laminated to osb for ..? $40 ish maybe less. might be a better option than going through the hassle of glueing it up yourself, mess,smell,bracing,temp,all that. They have a bunch of mouldings,joints,trim drive nails,etc. F.Y.I. Definitly!! read and strictly follow the instructions. It can also be us d outside below grade.Nice for covering foundation foam. goodluck

Just thought of something else, thats pole barn steel.If you've got stud walls you can install it horizontal, or use horz. nailers, and install vert. I wouldnt use a j-channnel on the bottom it'll, hold water. I,d have some aluminium bent into like a 8x2 or 3" 90 to use as a flashing .Butyl the short side to the floor and anchor with s.s tapcons.If you go horz. start at the bottom.Butyl your lap and I would use s.s rubber washer barn screws on flats. My 2$..f.w.i.w. ....$??

I am thinking of using metal roofing, hardware and all. should do the trick and last a long time.

Another thought. I used curtain track and poly tarps to section off an area. If you did that you could just have sheetrock walls. May be cheaper way to go

We use fiberglass sheets from Nudo for the walls of our car washes. They're located in Springfield, Illinois.

You can, also, buy factory seconds from them. Usually, the sheets just have chipped corners or other minor blems. They have all the associated trim and fasteners, too.

HD or Lowes has 4 by 8 sheets of white fiberglass( not sure if thats exactly what it is but its full of fibers ) sheets. Not that expensive, they have the hardware to install also.

I'm using their 1/4" sheets in 4x8 size, plus the stainless hold-down strips and screws. Easy to install on 16" center stud walls and they came out great. Hope this helps.
