I picked up Watco 303 HC that had a very slow jack up and creeping down issue. During disassembly, I found that the main piston seal and the pump seal was seriously deteriorated. There was also some marks in the release valve. After a serious cleaning and blow out, I put her back together with new parts from Blackhawk in Tn.
The slow jack up and creeping down issue were solved. However, I now find that it cant lift more than 90 pounds as I used a cement bag for a quick easy load.
Does any one have a internal fluid flow diagram for this jack. In addition to the regular release valve, there is a pressure relief valve centered on the pump and on each side there is a ball valve. What is the purpose of these two valves on each side of the pressure relief valve. I am thinking that possibly there is a still a block in a fluid passage. A fluid flow diagram would be most helpful in finding the problem.
This floor jack is worth the work to get her going.
Thanks
