Any info on where to get a seal/repair kit for a Watco 301 HC 1 1/2 ton floor jack ?

Hi, all...just joined and was looking for info on a watco 301 floor jack that i got in a basket. Really want to get it together but not sure how everything goes together. I guess my question is, does anyone know where to get a parts breakdown for this jack?

Trying to take the jack out of the frame but will not split due to welded straps at bottom. Does it come out another way? Can you tell me how to solve this issue ? Thanks Ray
