Water absorb test -- what passes?

Hey all. First of all, thanks for all the help with my basic newbie questions. Here is another. I have 40 year old concrete in good shape but dirty. I had oil stains and places where water was beading from spills of unknown stuff. I cleaned and then ground the floor. I have no more beading and most places the water absorbs fast into the open pours. However, I have a few spots that I have ground 3-5 times and the water is shiny. It does not bead but it takes 10 to 15 minutes to soak in. The water literally used to sit in those spots for hours if not days. So, it is MUCH better. But is it good enough or do I need to keep grinding until it absorbs in a couple minutes time? Thanks!
