Water coming in garage

So with all these heavy rains after a snowy winter I've had water seeping in the back wall of my garage. Outside of this back wall the property slopes downward to the wall. When the garage was built in '98 I trenched along the outside of the back and side walls and installed drain tubing that connected to the downspout drains to the street to carry the water away. This has worked very well over the years and I've just recently had this water problem. The garage is a 24' x 24' pole-style building so the "foundation" around the concrete floor is treated wood. I intend to dig all along the back wall to take a look at what's going on but I suspect that there has been so much rain, along with the snow that drenched the ground after winter, that the drain can't carry the water away fast enough. I want to inspect the drain tubing and look for any blockages or obstructions but I would also like to seal or waterproof the outside of the treated-wood foundation. Are there any particular products I should use for this? Or any special methods to go about this. Any help or advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.

WHat kind of piping did you use across the back? And was it put it in a trench of shale. And was fabric put over the shale and pipe to keep it from clogging with silt.

I wonder if you were to get some pond liner or pieces of rubber roofing and sort of useit like flashing to keep the water from running onto your sill plate??

Piping was 4" plastic with drain holes placed into a trench with gravel. Unfortunately, no fabric placed over pipe.

I like the idea of something like the pond liner or rubber roofing for flashing. Was wondering if anything was sold specifically for this purpose.
Thanks for your ideas.
