Ayuh,..... Is there poly under the slab,..?? insulated too,..??I know water comes in from my door down the crack....
To bad, ya didn't pitch it Out the door, rather than in,....

It looks more like water coming up from below the slab, rather than water coming in from under the garage doors. Have you had an excessive amount of rainfall and/or snow melt lately? A rising water table can push up the concrete slab.

It's not a big problem now, but during heavy rains, it might be. Are there any hills or rising land near your property? Is "the Compound" you list as a location Palm Bay, Fla?

If water comes through your door then probably water is collecting at the cracks. I would try to fix the issue of water entering your shop to prevent future issues with the foundation. You can put linear drains at the entrance of your shop doors and divert it somewhere else.
If you have water on the slab then your foundation walls (Stem walls) can be damaged over time. IRC (International Residential Codes)Building codes require 6" slope drop for every 10' away from building foundation walls.
